  • Over two years ago, I began training with KLivFit regarding personal fitness. Being a 75 year old male, my goal is primarily to continue to be able to physically function and perform the activities that I have always been able to accomplish.   • I have been working extensively with Kristen for 3 years. During that time, my health has improved dramatically...I've lost 60 lbs. and I'm stronger than when I was 30. I will turn 50 this year and my cardio and strength have never been better. We have recently been working more specifically on rotation and it has improved my golf game significantly!
