Virtual Personal Training

During a virtual personal training session, we walk through the customized workout I’ve created for you. We do the workout together, over video chat!

In-Person Personal Training

An in-person personal training session takes place at my customized gym!

Online Training

Online workouts are planned for you on my app but you do them on your own! We check in as often as you need to monitor your progress.
