What Real Formula3 Clients Say

I’ve been asking my Formula3 clients for short video testimonies about their experiences with fasting and fitness.

I was expecting things like: weight loss, energy increases, clothes fitting, etc.

Instead, here’s what comes up most often:

  • courage to know I can change

  • not being afraid to try new things

  • understanding new things about hunger and habits

  • what it feels like to have a coach to call when you’re struggling

  • why encouragement matters

  • why fasting is a tool we can use for the rest of our lives

  • how habits can be practiced and improved

  • small things add up to big changes

It’s interesting how differently we feel when we try hard things, keep practicing them and then improve. We know this happens in the real world at work, school, hobbies, etc. but we don’t expect it with our bodies or our emotions.

And yet, that’s what we get when we stop quitting.

Sometimes, stopping feels like the answer, but when we’re talking about stopping on ourselves, I struggle to find any example for when that’s worked in our favor. Stopping to improve ourselves is a travesty; we slide backwards and arrive at a worse position. No one wants that.
